What Is Ujain Yoga Studio?

Our studio provide individual, group classess and scheduled classes.  Individual classes can be tailored to your individual needs.  Group of people can have a specific class for their groups.  Scheduled classes are as per the syllabus.  Online and On site classes are available.

Is Ujain Yoga A Cardio Workout?

Yoga practices are mostly general.  If you are a cardiac patient, please get medical opinion prior practicing yoga.

What Should I Bring?

Yoga Mat is a must – please try to buy a non slip mat.  Drinking Water need to be near you preferably warm water.  A cotton towel required as well.

Who can join Yoga?

There is no restriction for any one to practice yoga.  The time, work out and meditation will be different.  If you are under medication, pregnent or other unfit conditions, please consult your physician or yoga teacher prior practising yoga.

What Should I Wear?

It is advised to have a comfortable clothing.  Any sports apparel will be good for yoga.

How Long Are Ujain Yoga Classes?

Normal scheduled classes are of 50 minutes.  Individual and Group classes are tailored to specific needs.

All are welcome to start first class for free.  We have scholarship plans for those who are in need.  Scholarships are reviewed on a weekly basis and minimum 50% participation is required to renew for the next week.
